职位描述
1. 负责品质控制部门的日常管理，安排实验室保同的工作并检查完成情况。 Responsible for the daily management of QC department, laboratory security arrangements and check the progression. 2. 负责品质控制实验室的日常管理和建设工作。 Responsible for the daily management of the QC laboratory and related constructive work 3. 按照规格和方法对原料和产品的品质进行分析检验，提供报告，并定期对有关数据做出统计处理。 Analyze and inspect the raw material and products according to the specifications and methods, provide reports and statistics, make the relevant data processing on a regular basis 4. 对可疑产品进行复检和评价，并作出报告。 Re-examination of suspicious products and give report accordingly. 5. 就生产过程中不合格品的原因进行分析并提出解决方案。 Analyze the nonconforming products and propose solutions. 6. 对客户产品进行质量调查和处理。 Investigate customer’s product and process 7. 组织开展新产品的实验室试制和品质检测，为大量生产提供有关技术数据。 Organize the quality testing for new products, provide technical data for a mass production 8. 与总公司进行与产品质量相关信息的联系和交流。 Contacts and exchanges details with headquarter on product quality-related of information. 9. 维持、改善及报告所管辖部门的所有流程及操作确保合规。 Ensuring, improving and reporting any compliance issue to maintain a high level of integrity. 10. 公司及上级交办的其它事项。 Other matters assigned by the company and superiors.

? 扎实的专业知识基础和丰富的实验室工作经验。 solid professional knowledge base and extensive experience in laboratory work ? 缜密的逻辑思维和优秀的分析应变能力。 careful analysis of logical thinking and excellent resilience ? 优秀沟通表达能力和团队协调能力。 Excellent communication skills and team coordination skill ? 优良的团队管理技能。 Good team management ability ? 优秀的职业道德和职业素养。 Excellent occupational ethic and professionalism ? 八年以上化学分析实验室工作经验。 more than eight years’ experience in chemical analysis laboratory ? 有化学产品品质控制经验更佳。 Experience on QC would be preferable ? 硕士或以上学历。 Master degree or higher ? 化学、化工、化工分析等相关专业。 Chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical analysis and other related majors. ? Language: 流利普通话。Proficient Mandarin CET6，优良的英语听说读写能力，能用英语进行日常交流。 CET6 qualified, excellent oral and written English, use English in daily conversations. ? Computer: 熟练使用计算机和OFFICE办公软件以及有关实验或分析软件。 Good at office software and related experiment analysis software.
